How does the money-back guarantee work?
We count your public followers at the start and end of your start week and of every month. If the net gain is below your plan's goal (100+ for the start week), we refund that period automatically. You can also email us within 14 days. Your profile must stay public and the featured posts must stay up. Full conditions are in our Terms.

No problem. We use your latest public posts, so your growth starts either way. You can upload new content anytime from the link in your email.
