Money-back guarantee: if your profile does not reach the net follower target for a paid period, we refund that period's payment. This applies to both the start week and monthly periods. We check after each period, and you can also ask us within 14 days. The conditions are in section 9 of our Terms.
Cancellation: you can cancel online at any time. You will not be charged again. Periods that have already started are not refunded, except under the guarantee or your legal right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
EU and UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided (Terms, section 13).
Duplicate start week: if we cancel a duplicate start week, we refund the start price.
How refunds are paid: to your original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days.
