Viralio Terms of Service

1. The service

Viralio promotes your Instagram profile by having partner pages in your niche feature your content and tag your profile. People who see the feature can choose to follow you. We never ask for your Instagram password, and we never use bots or fake accounts. Viralio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or older. You must own the Instagram profile you promote, or have permission to promote it. The service is for one Instagram profile per subscription.

3. Plans

• Starter: $49, £39, CA$65 or A$75 per month, depending on your currency. Target: 1,000+ new followers per month.
• Growth: $99, £79, CA$129 or A$149 per month, depending on your currency. Target: 2,500+ new followers per month.
• Pro: $199, £159, CA$259 or A$299 per month, depending on your currency. Target: 5,000+ new followers per month.

Prices include any VAT or sales tax. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Start week and automatic renewal

• If you choose a start week, you pay the start price today. Your start week runs for 7 days from your payment.
• When the start week ends, your subscription renews automatically. You will be charged the full monthly price of your plan exactly 7 days after your payment. After that you are charged the same amount every month on the same date until you cancel.
• The day 7 charge happens even if you have not uploaded content. In that case we use your latest public posts (see section 7).
• We email you a reminder about 48 hours before your first full monthly charge.
• If you buy at the normal price without a start week, you pay the monthly price today and then every month on the same date until you cancel.

5. One start week per person

The start week is only for new customers. It can be used once per person, per email address and per Instagram profile. If we find that a start week has already been used, we may cancel the new start week and refund the start price. We will never charge you the full monthly price instead without your consent.

6. No commitment and cancellation

• You can cancel online at any time with the "Cancel subscription" link at the bottom of our website or in any of our emails. No password or account is needed. You can also cancel by replying to any of our emails or by writing to info@tryviralio.com.
• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You will not be charged again, and we keep promoting you until the period ends.
• If you cancel during your start week, you will not be charged the monthly price.
• Payments for periods that have started are not refunded, except under our money-back guarantee (section 9) or your legal right of withdrawal (section 13).

7. Your content and our licence to use it

• You can upload photos or videos at any time with the link in your welcome email. If you do not upload anything, we use your latest public Instagram posts.
• You give Viralio and our partner pages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to copy, repost, crop and caption your content and to tag your profile. The licence covers the content you upload and your latest public posts. It applies for the purpose of promoting you during your subscription. Posts already published by partner pages may stay online after your subscription ends. If you want a repost removed, email us and we will ask the partner page to remove it.
• You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in the content, including photos, video, music, logos and any people shown. You are responsible if this is not true. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content.

8. Content rules

We do not promote content that:

• shows children alone, or shows children as the main focus
• is sexual, explicit or nude
• promotes gambling, betting, crypto or other investments
• makes misleading medical, cure or guaranteed weight-loss claims, or "get rich quick" claims (normal fitness, food and wellness content is welcome)
• is illegal, hateful, violent, misleading, or infringes the rights of others

We may decline content or cancel a subscription that breaks these rules. If we cancel for this reason before we have delivered any promotion in the period, we refund that period's payment.

9. Money-back guarantee

• What is guaranteed: the net growth in followers on your profile during each paid period. For a monthly period this is the target of your plan (section 3). For a start week the target is: Starter 100+, Growth 300+, Pro 600+ new followers.
• How we count: we record your public follower count at the start and at the end of each period. Net growth is the end count minus the start count. You can also send us a screenshot of your follower count.
• If the target is not met, we refund the payment for that period to your original payment method. We check this ourselves after each period. You can also ask us within 14 days after the period ends.
• Conditions: the guarantee only applies if, during the whole period,
  • your profile is public
  • you do not delete the posts we feature or remove our partner pages' tags
  • you do not change your username or switch your profile to a different niche
  • you do not use other services to buy followers or use follow/unfollow tools
  • your profile is not restricted or removed by Instagram
• The guarantee covers follower growth only. We do not guarantee likes, comments, views, reach, sales or any other result. People decide for themselves whether to follow you, and some may unfollow later. This is why we count net growth.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, Stripe may try again. If payment is not received, we may pause or cancel your subscription.

11. Price changes

We may change our prices. We give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to you, so you can cancel before it takes effect.

12. Instagram

We do not control Instagram. Changes made by Instagram, or actions Instagram takes against your profile or a partner page, are outside our control. You use Instagram under Instagram's own terms.

13. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

• If you live in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
• At checkout you ask us to start the service right away. If you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time you told us.
• If the service for the period has been fully provided, you no longer have a right of withdrawal for that period.
• To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@tryviralio.com, for example by using the form below. You can also simply cancel online.

Model withdrawal form:

"To info@tryviralio.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the Viralio service. Ordered on: ___ . Name: ___ . Email used for the order: ___ . Instagram profile: ___ . Date: ___ ."

14. Limitation of liability

• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or loss of business.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes are emailed to you at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first at info@tryviralio.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
